Beach Time 2 - Brand New Down Town Seaside Condo with Amphitheatre/ Gulf View

Set in the center of Seaside you'll find Beach Time 2, a top floor Penhouse luxury condominium. This unit is professionaly decorated and includes top-of-the-line exclusive furniture, hand pained oil paintings, & 15' ceilings with exposed wooden architectural beams. There's no better location in Seaside than this condo that overlooks Central Square (the downtown heart of Seaside) with a breath-taking view of the gulf and the Emerald Coast. With a balcony off all floors, you'll have plenty of outdoor space. A private elevator opens directly into the unit.

On the second floor the master king bedroom has private access to a European breakfast balcony and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate vanities. The hall bedroom with a built in bunk (2 twins recommended for 12yrs and under) shares a full hall bath with a queen bedroom. The other queen bedroom has private access to the full hall bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with Viking appliances, a dining area, and a living room with a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Off the living area is a large open balcony with a great view of the town and Gulf of Mexico.

A separate oversized balcony for large gatherings overlooks a merchant area. The front balcony overlooks the amphitheater where 3 concerts and live theater are shown weekly. Reserved covered parking (a rare amenity in Seaside) and off street parking is also available.

Seaside began with the beach. A beach noted for its fine, white sand and clear turquoise waters. Today, that one-half mile stretch of beach is reverenced for its beauty and recognized as belonging to all of us, residents and visitors, alike. At the end of each street, stands a pavilion, an open gateway to the last of America’s beautiful, unspoiled beaches. There are nine beach pavilions, each architecturally distinctive and each a symbol of the sharing of the beach and of Seaside’s commitment to harmony with the environment.

The preferred mode of travel at the beach is your own two feet. Park your car when you arrive and don’t get back in until it's time to depart. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming. At the private Seaside Swim & Tennis Club, you can organize a croquet game, take a professional tennis lesson or consult with a fitness trainer. Our Watercolor guests also enjoy their own amenities: pools, tennis, fitness and the like. The Seaside Bike Shop offers the rental of beach cruisers, rugged mountain bikes and baby carriages. The action doesn't stop when you wander out of town. Our Concierge can help you enjoy world-class golf, deep-sea fishing, luxurious spas and much more.

Swimming

At times when the water is cool or you’ve just reached your personal limit on sand, enter one of our relaxing pools. Many are heated in the winter; some are restricted to adult visitors for peace and quiet, while still others offer food, drinks and fun for the entire crew. With a total of seven pools in our communities, you’re never more than a few steps away from your next splash.

Seaside’s private Tennis Club is open to our cottage guests. There you’ll find four clay and two hard courts nestled amid an area of lush natural landscaping. Take a private lesson with our on-staff professionals. Join in on round-robins or drills for adults or kids to sharpen your skills. Get in the game with the latest fashions from our Pro Shop.
